Are you sure it doesn't say 'Enable' under the gcswf32.dll Location? In Mac OS X, the built-in Chrome version is called 'Flash Player Plugin for Chrome.plugin' and the system version is called 'Flash Player.plugin'. With that, Toni's description can be used on Mac OS X as well.
